It’s rare to find a home that feels both grand and comfortable, but this European-inspired beauty pulls it off with style.
The brick exterior, white columns, and arched entryway create a sense of balance and elegance from the very first glance.
The layout spans three spacious levels, blending everyday comfort with a touch of luxury. I’ve noticed that every corner seems to hold something unique.
Let’s start at the main entrance and see how this space draws you in, and where each hallway and stairway could take you.

The Floor Plans:

Porch
The covered porch, with its sweeping columns and double doors, makes a strong first impression.
It’s grand without being overly formal, helping guests feel relaxed right away. I like how the porch provides shelter from the elements, so you’re not scrambling for keys in the rain.
The broad steps give you a hint of the generous spaces inside.

Foyer
Once you enter, you’ll find yourself in a rounded foyer highlighted by an elegant curved staircase.
Light pours in from large windows, bouncing off the light walls. The space feels open, and there’s a sense of order that makes it easy to navigate.
The foyer serves as the home’s anchor, connecting the library, dining area, and main living zone all at once.

Library
The library sits just off the foyer and feels perfect for anyone who loves a classic, cozy space.
Rich built-ins line the walls, waiting for your books or art. The room sits away from the main flow, making it ideal for reading or private meetings.
I think it could easily double as a study, and the view of the front yard brings in a calm, academic vibe.

Dining Room
To the right of the foyer is the dining room. Its location near the front door gives it just the right touch of formality, great for family gatherings or special dinners.
The generous size is perfect for a long table and plenty of guests. If you enjoy hosting, you’ll love how it connects to the great room, so conversations can continue even as people move around.

Great Room
The great room is the heart of the home. Soaring ceilings, large rear windows, and classic European lines give it a sense of grandeur.
Built-in shelving provides a home for family photos or collectibles. The two-sided fireplace connects this space to the master suite sitting area, which I find to be a thoughtful detail.
This room is ready for everything from movie nights to large gatherings. The French doors open onto the covered rear porch, making indoor-outdoor living an easy option.

Rear Porch
The rear porch runs across the back of the house. With the roof overhead, it’s easy to picture yourself enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.
The back of the house features a mix of gabled rooflines and dormers for visual interest, and there’s a balcony above that hints at more to explore upstairs.
The porch extends the living area, ideal for grilling, relaxing, or taking in the backyard views.

Morning Room
Inside, you’ll notice a bright, angular space next to the kitchen: the morning room. It’s designed for slow breakfasts, homework, or catching up over coffee.
Large windows flood the area with light, and its location keeps you close to the kitchen and great room.
The walk-in pantry is nearby, so snacks are always within reach.

Kitchen
The kitchen is set up for serious cooking. A central island, ample counter space, and direct access to the pantry make meal prep easy.
There’s enough room for helpers or guests to gather without anyone feeling crowded. I love how the kitchen becomes the true social hub in homes like this.

Family Entry, Mudroom, and Laundry
As you move toward the garage, you pass through a practical lineup: a family entry, coat closet, and a laundry/mudroom.
This setup works well for busy families. There’s a spot for muddy shoes, backpacks, and laundry, keeping the main living areas tidy.
The workbench in the garage is a bonus if you enjoy projects or need extra storage.
I appreciate how these utility spaces are out of the main flow, but still easily accessible for daily life.

3-Car Garage and Porte Cochere
The three-car garage offers ample space for vehicles, bikes, and storage. Attached to one side, the porte cochere is inspired by European estates.
It makes unloading groceries or kids in bad weather simple and gives a sense of grandeur to the driveway.
The drive-through design allows for flexible parking and easy movement around the property.

Master Suite
On the main level, the master suite is a private retreat. The sleeping area is generous without feeling overwhelming.
Double doors lead to a sitting area with its own fireplace, creating a true sanctuary.
I can picture myself reading here on a cold night, away from the bustle. The bathroom features double vanities, a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a walk-in closet with built-in shelving and a dresser.
There’s a dedicated linen closet and extra storage, so clutter never builds up.

Powder Room
A powder room sits near the foyer for guests. It’s placed discreetly, close to the main spaces but far enough for privacy.
The layout makes sure visitors can find it easily without wandering through the house.

Upstairs Gallery
The curved staircase brings you up to the gallery above. This hallway stretches above the foyer and dining room, offering views down to the dramatic spaces below.
Open railings and tall windows make the upper level feel bright and visually connected.

Bedroom 1
To the left, Bedroom 1 is spacious and bright, with its own walk-in closet and direct access to a bathroom.
This setup is great for older kids, guests, or long-term visitors who want some privacy.
I’ve found that having a bathroom so close is always appreciated.

Bedroom 2
Further along, Bedroom 2 is also generously sized. It’s near a bath that also serves Bedroom 3.
The arrangement is practical, with each bedroom spaced for comfort but close enough for parents to check in.

Bedroom 3
At the far end, Bedroom 3 matches the others in size and also includes a walk-in closet. Details like this help keep the space tidy and organized.

Shared Baths and Laundry Niche
Upstairs, the two bathrooms are well-planned, each offering double sinks and separated toilet/tub areas so multiple people can get ready at once. A small laundry niche in the hallway saves trips downstairs, which I think is a real convenience for families.

Office
At the end of the gallery is a compact office. It’s just big enough for working from home and doesn’t take over a bedroom.

The location keeps it out of the main flow, but not totally isolated.

Bonus Room
One of my favorite surprises upstairs is the bonus room. With nearly 350 square feet, a closet, and easy access to the gallery, this space is perfect as a playroom, media room, or guest suite.
Flexible rooms like this can adapt as your needs change.

Juliette Balcony
A Juliette balcony overlooks the dining area. While not a full deck, it brings a romantic touch and adds light to the two-story dining space.
Small details like this really lift the upstairs experience.

Open to Great Room Below
The upstairs has an open area above the great room, keeping the levels visually connected. This makes the whole house feel larger and more inviting, and it always leaves an impression on visitors.

Two-Story Library
The library extends up to create a dramatic two-story space. Picture a tall ladder and shelves filled with books.
I think this room adds a sense of history and sparks conversation every time.

Lower Level Gallery
Heading down to the lowest level, you’ll find a gallery leading to several rooms that can be finished to fit your needs. This space works well for growing families or anyone who loves to entertain.

Billiards Room (Unfinished/Future)
To the left, the future billiards room is roomy enough for a table and seating.
There’s a storage closet for cues, balls, and board games. This could be the perfect gathering spot for friendly games or late-night hangouts.

Rec Room (Unfinished/Future)
The rec room is centrally located and opens onto the patio. Its large size and flexible layout make it ideal for sofas, gaming, or a home theater.
With access to the outdoors, you can easily move gatherings outside when the weather is nice.

Patio
From the rec room, step out onto the lower patio. This covered space is ready for outdoor furniture, grilling, or watching the kids play in the yard.
It adds year-round value for anyone who loves spending time outside.

Media Room (Unfinished/Future)
Opposite the rec room sits the future media room. The space and location are ideal for movie nights, sports viewing, or a surround sound setup.
For families who want a dedicated theater, this room feels private and separate from the main activity.

Gym (Unfinished/Future)
Near the media room, space is set aside for a future gym. It’s close to the mechanical room and large enough for equipment or a yoga studio.
This makes it easy to keep workout routines at home and private.

Mechanical Room
The mechanical room handles all the practical systems and offers extra storage space. It’s out of the way but sized to keep tools, supplies, or off-season décor organized.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 (Unfinished/Future)
Two more bedrooms are planned for the lower level, each with a walk-in closet and access to a shared bathroom.
These rooms could work for guests, older kids, or even a home office. The bathroom includes double sinks, making mornings smooth even with a crowd.

Storage and Closets
Across the lower level, plenty of linen and storage closets help keep things organized. I always notice how these small spaces make a big difference—giving you room to tuck away holiday décor, sports gear, or anything else you want out of sight.
Looking at the whole plan, you can see each floor is designed for daily living as well as whatever life brings your way.
The flow between public and private spaces, the blend of gathering zones and quiet retreats, and the easy connection between indoors and out all combine for a layout that feels both timeless and ready for modern life.
I believe this home is more than just a place to live; it’s a place to grow, entertain, and make lasting memories.
