There’s something special about a home that gets the details right the moment you arrive.
This one stands out with crisp white siding, a black metal roof, and a front porch that invites you to sit and relax.
Inside, the layout is both spacious and well-planned, giving everyone room to spread out while staying connected.
If you’re looking for a modern take on comfort, mixed with a touch of classic farmhouse charm, I think you’ll enjoy seeing how this floor plan comes together.

The Floor Plans:

Covered Porch (Front)
You step up onto the wide covered porch, noticing the warmth from the natural wood beams and the balanced look of the exterior.
This isn’t just a pass-through space; it’s roomy enough for a couple of rocking chairs or a bench.
The black-trimmed windows catch your eye, and the view lets you take in the landscaping.
This porch really sets the tone for the rest of the home by hinting at the openness inside.

Entry
Open the front door and you’re welcomed by a bright entryway. The 11-foot ceilings create a sense of airiness, making even this smaller space feel grand.
It’s just the right spot for a console table or a bench for shoes. Straight ahead, you can spot the great room and a glimpse of the backyard.
Everything flows naturally from here, with no wasted space.

Office / Flex
To your left, there’s an office or flex room with its own closet and a generous size of over 10 by 13 feet.
This space could serve as a home office or a cozy den for movie nights.
I love a room that can adapt as your life changes. The front window brings in daylight, helping keep the space bright and energizing.

Dining Room
Across the entry, the dining room is tucked just off the main path. It’s large enough for a full-size table, so hosting friends or big family dinners won’t feel cramped.
The close connection to the kitchen makes serving simple, and since it sits at the front of the home, sunlight pours in during the day.
It feels a bit more formal than a breakfast nook, perfect if you enjoy sit-down dinners.

Kitchen
As you move toward the kitchen, you’ll notice how easily it connects to both the dining room and great room.
The large island at the center offers plenty of space for meal prep, homework, or just hanging out with coffee.
The kitchen is both roomy and functional, with double ovens and a layout that keeps everything within reach.
Thanks to the open sightlines, you can cook and still be part of the conversation in the great room.
One thing I really enjoy here is the way light pours in from the back windows, brightening the whole space. The clean lines and open shelving give the kitchen a fresh, contemporary vibe that matches the rest of the home.

Great Room
Step into the great room, where the house truly opens up. The vaulted ceilings make everything feel even larger, and a wall of windows looks out onto the covered porch, bringing the outdoors in.
You’ll find plenty of room for either a cozy sectional or a more formal setup.
A fireplace anchors the room and creates a focal point for chilly nights. The open connection between the kitchen and great room means you can cook, relax, and entertain all at once.
I think this setup is perfect if you love having people over.

Covered Porch (Rear)
Just beyond the great room, glass doors lead out to a massive covered porch. At 37 feet wide, this area is nearly as large as some indoor spaces.
There’s an outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, making it a natural spot for barbecues or relaxing after work.
The high ceiling gives it even more presence and offers shelter from the sun or rain.
You’ll see the yard stretching beyond, making it ideal for kids or pets to play safely. I can easily picture summer evenings here, with the glow from the house spilling onto the porch.

Bedroom 2
Heading back inside, a hallway off the great room brings you to the secondary bedrooms.
The first is Bedroom 2, which is generously sized and filled with light from a big window.
There’s a standard closet and enough wall space for a desk or reading nook. The room feels private without being isolated, making it a good spot for an older child or guest.

Bath 2
Across the hall, Bath 2 serves Bedroom 2. The layout is efficient, with a tub/shower combo and a vanity that doesn’t feel cramped.
With its location just steps from the bedroom, morning routines are easy to manage.

Bedroom 3
Continue down the hall to Bedroom 3. It’s a bit longer than Bedroom 2, with a large window and a well-sized closet.
The space can handle twin beds or a queen, with room to spare for toys or a study area.
Its position in the hallway keeps it quiet and away from the main activity.

Bath 3
Bath 3 is right next to Bedroom 3 and is shared with Bedroom 4. It has everything needed: a tub, a large vanity, and the essentials.
The location between bedrooms helps everyone get ready in the morning without a wait.

Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 sits at the back corner of this wing. It’s a bit smaller but still comfortable, with a big window and a good-sized closet.
This room could work well as a nursery, guest room, or even a hobby space if you don’t need all four bedrooms.

Hallways and Closets
These bedrooms are linked by a main hallway, with closets and storage nooks at every turn. I’m always glad to see plenty of storage in a floor plan because you can never have too many places to tuck things away.

Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite)
Now, head to the opposite side of the house for the primary suite. Bedroom 1 is set apart for peace and quiet at the far end.
The vaulted ceiling and oversized layout make this space feel like a true retreat. Three tall windows bring in soft natural light and offer a nice view of the backyard.
You’ll have space for a king bed, a sitting area, and maybe even a desk if you need a private spot to work. This separation from the other bedrooms is perfect if you want a little sanctuary at the end of your day.

Bath 1 (Primary Bath)
Step into the primary bath and you’ll find a spa-like feel. There’s a huge walk-in shower with a built-in bench and modern fixtures.
The soaking tub sits by the window, so you can unwind with a view. Double vanities make mornings smoother, and the separate toilet room adds extra privacy.

Primary Walk-In Closet
Connected to the bathroom, the walk-in closet is large enough for any wardrobe. There’s ample hanging space, open shelving, and even a window for natural light.
I find it especially handy to have this direct path from shower to closet to bedroom.

Bath 1 (Second, Near Primary Suite)
You’ll also find a second bathroom near the primary suite. This could serve as a guest bath or a private spot for someone using the mudroom or nearby hallway.
I think this is a nice extra for busy mornings.

Mud Room / Utility
Coming in from the garage, you step into the mudroom/utility area. This is the ultimate drop zone, with hooks for coats, cubbies for shoes, and a large laundry area with counters for folding.
The washer and dryer are tucked along one wall, with a deep sink nearby for soaking messes or rinsing paintbrushes.
The mudroom keeps dirt and clutter contained, making it easier to keep the rest of the house tidy.

Powder Room
Just off the mudroom, the powder room is perfect for a quick handwash or guest use when entertaining outside. It’s great not having to send anyone through the main bedrooms to find a bathroom.

Mechanical Room
This small but important space holds the home’s heating, cooling, and water systems. Tucked away, it keeps the noisy equipment out of sight and earshot.

Back Kitchen / Pantry
One of my favorite features is the back kitchen and pantry. This area offers overflow storage, room for a second fridge or freezer, and plenty of shelving for bulk groceries or small appliances.
I think families will really appreciate this extra prep zone when cooking for a crowd.
Everything stays out of sight but close at hand.

2 Car Garage
Finally, the 2-car garage sits at the side of the house, with direct access to the mudroom for easy unloading.
There’s space for two vehicles plus extra storage along the walls. The garage entry helps keep dirt out of the main living spaces, which I always consider a bonus, especially in wet weather.
As you walk through this home, you’ll notice how every area connects smoothly, yet each space has its own feel.
There’s room to gather, places to retreat, and enough flexibility to meet the needs of a busy household.
With its mix of modern style and classic comfort, this home is set up to handle whatever the future brings.
