The Floor Plans:

Entry and Foyer
Approaching the front entry, you can’t miss the oversized glass panels that flood the foyer with natural light.
Once inside, the ceiling lowers to create a cozy sense of arrival. There’s enough space for greeting guests comfortably, and you immediately get clear sightlines through to the main living spaces.
Personally, I appreciate a foyer that feels like a real threshold, and this one absolutely does.

Bedroom 2
Just off the foyer, Bedroom 2 is positioned at the front corner, making it perfect for a home office or guest space.
Thanks to a large window, it enjoys plenty of morning sun. There’s a full bathroom (BA 2) right next door, which is handy for guests and daily routines alike.
Its location near the entry makes this room flexible—a great option if you need a quiet retreat that’s still close to the action.

Powder Room (PDR) and Bath 2
A few steps down the hall, you’ll find a powder room that’s set apart for privacy.
I always notice when a home includes a powder room near the front—guests don’t have to wander past bedrooms to freshen up.
There’s also a full bath (BA 2) around the corner, so this front wing of the house works well for guests or multi-generational living.

Sauna and Steamer/Shower
This home goes a step beyond the ordinary with both a sauna and a separate steam shower.
These wellness features are located off the main hall, away from busy living areas, making it easy to truly unwind.
After a workout or a long day, you can take advantage of this private retreat and recharge.
I think these amenities turn what might have been a standard guest wing into something special.

Bedroom 1
Past the sauna, Bedroom 1 runs along the side of the house. It’s spacious enough for a full bedroom setup, making it great for a teen, older child, or even a second office.
Right next door is Bath 1 with its own shower, so the person using this room gets a private suite feel.
The mechanical room is close by, which is convenient for maintenance, but it’s positioned so it doesn’t intrude on your living space.

Bath 1 and Mechanical Room
Bath 1 serves Bedroom 1 and provides enough space for both a shower and storage.
The mechanical room sits just beyond, keeping home systems easily accessible but out of the main living areas.
For a house of this size, I appreciate these practical touches—maintenance stays simple and everything is organized.

Hallway and Storage (STO)
In the central hallway, there’s a storage closet dedicated to keeping clutter at bay. With six bedrooms in the house, extra organization really makes a difference.

Great Room
Continuing forward, the home opens up into a spacious great room with massive windows that overlook the backyard.
Tall ceilings create a sense of drama while still feeling connected to the adjacent kitchen and dining areas.
There’s plenty of wall space for art or entertainment, and the layout is open yet comfortable.
I can see this space working perfectly for family movie nights or hosting friends.

Kitchen/Dining
The kitchen and dining area are designed for both function and flow. The oversized island anchors the space and is ideal for meal prep, casual dining, or catching up over coffee.
You can see straight through to the great room and backyard, so it’s easy to keep an eye on everything.
I really like how you can move from cooking to serving without any obstacles. The dining area is large enough for a big table—perfect for holiday meals or homework sessions.

Outdoor Living
Slide open the glass doors and you’re instantly in the covered outdoor living area. With an 11-foot ceiling and space for both dining and lounging, this area feels like a true extension of the living room.
The design means you can barbecue or relax outside rain or shine, and you’re never far from the heart of the action indoors.
If you enjoy Northwest summers, this backyard spot will quickly become a favorite.

2-Car Garage
Heading back through the kitchen and down the hall, you’ll find direct access to the 2-car garage.
It’s wide and deep enough for modern vehicles, plus there’s extra space for storage along the sides.
Unloading groceries is a breeze since there’s a direct path to the kitchen. If you want a mudroom, the hall just inside the garage entry gives you plenty of flexibility.

Hall and Stairs
From the main hallway, the staircase leads to both the upper and lower levels. The placement is thoughtful, allowing for easy movement between floors without breaking up the open feel of the main living spaces.
Upstairs, you’ll transition from the lively areas to more private, quiet rooms.

Upstairs Hall
At the top of the stairs, you’ll find a wide hallway that connects all of the upstairs bedrooms and bonus spaces. A linen closet is conveniently located here for quick access to towels and bedding—very handy for a busy household.

Master Bedroom
Located at the back of the house, the master bedroom is designed for privacy and relaxation.
Large windows bring in natural light, and a door opens onto a private balcony. There’s plenty of room for a king bed, as well as a reading nook or small sofa.
If you’re looking for an escape from daily noise, this room is ideal.

Master Bath and Walk-In Closet (WIC)
The master bath includes dual vanities, a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a private water closet.
I think the layout feels efficient but still luxurious. The walk-in closet is generously sized, and there’s even a dedicated safe room inside for valuables or important documents.
This suite is clearly designed for both comfort and security.

Bedroom 3
Just down the hall from the master, Bedroom 3 offers a nice balance of light and privacy.
This room could work as a nursery, office, or extra guest space. A bathroom (BA 3) is nearby and shared with the hall, making it flexible for different needs.

Laundry
One of my favorite features on the upper level is the dedicated laundry room. It’s centrally located for easy access from all bedrooms and has space for full-sized appliances and extra storage.
Laundry just becomes part of the daily routine—no need to lug baskets up and down the stairs.

Bedroom 4
Further down the hall, Bedroom 4 is roomy enough for siblings or older kids and has convenient access to its own bathroom (BA 4). The bedroom wings are separated by bathrooms and hallways, so everyone gets a little extra peace and quiet.

Bonus Room
At the far end, there’s a bonus room that’s perfect for a playroom, media center, or home gym.
With bedrooms nearby, it’s easy to keep an eye on what’s happening without everyone being on top of each other.
If you like flexible living, spaces like this are invaluable.

Bedroom 5
Across the hall from the loft, Bedroom 5 sits in the corner with its own full bath (BA 5).
This setup is great for teens who want their own space or for long-term guests.
The room easily fits a queen bed and a desk, and with its own bathroom, it feels almost like a private suite.

Bedroom 6
Near the front of the house, Bedroom 6 comes with another full bath (BA 6).
With the bonus room next door, this area could work well for a live-in relative, au pair, or older child.
Its distance from the master suite means everyone has their own space and routine.

Loft
At the top of the stairs, the loft connects the bedrooms and serves as a flexible spot for studying, reading, or relaxing.
Overlooking the great room below, you still get a bit of the home’s lively feel, while having a quiet place to retreat.
I think this area is one you’ll use in different ways as your family changes—maybe a homework station now, and a cozy hangout spot later.

Bathrooms (BA 3, BA 4, BA 5, BA 6)
Every upstairs bedroom is near a bathroom, and several have private baths. This setup makes mornings less hectic, so everyone can get ready at their own pace.
I always notice how these details make life a lot smoother.

Linen Closet
Located just off the main hall, the linen closet is perfectly placed so you don’t have to cross the house for towels or sheets.

Balcony
The small balcony off the master bedroom is a great spot for sipping morning coffee or winding down at night. It provides a private view of the backyard and adds a bit of resort-style living to your daily routine.

Roof Deck
Take the stairs up one more level and you’ll find the roof deck. With nearly 500 square feet of open-air space, this is the place to soak up the sun or host gatherings with a view.
There’s room for lounge chairs, a dining table, or even a container garden. Up here, you have an incredible sense of privacy, and the open railings maximize the surrounding views.
With three full levels, this home offers both connection and privacy. Every space feels purposeful, and the transitions between areas are smooth—whether you’re coming in from the garage, heading up to the deck, or settling in for the night.
I get the sense that this home is ready to adapt as life changes, giving everyone a place to call their own or come together when it matters most.
